Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and answer inquiries. Assist in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets. Participate in product promotions and upselling initiatives. Maintain a neat and organized store environment. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. Help with restocking shelves and maintaining proper product displays. Visual Merchandising: Support the team in creating visually appealing displays. Ensure that all products are accurately labeled and priced. Contribute ideas for improving overall store aesthetics. Operational Support: Assist in opening and closing procedures. Handle cash transactions and use the point-of-sale system. Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Enrolled in a relevant diploma/ degree program or recently graduated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
