Your Roles include :

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Manage opening and closing duties and ensure compliance with policies. Coordinate between different teams, such as kitchen, front-of-house, and service staff. Lead, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for staff development. Monitor and manage inventory levels, controlling stock movement to prevent waste. Stock ordering for retail. Create invoice for the B2B order and compile it for finance. Submit payment for the finance department. Prepare payroll for the HR department. Create a button for the POS system (Zeoniq). Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement and monitor food safety and quality checks. Take B2B orders via WhatsApp. Handle customer complaints and respond to feedback across all channels ( Email , IG & WhatsApp ) Provide online customer service and coordinate delivery with a third-party provider when necessary. Conduct a weekly inspection tour at TRX and obtain a report from the TRX supervisor.
You Need to :

Have minimum SPM education level Advantageous to have minimum 1 year experience in F&B/barista and similar capacity. Be able to converse in English. Chinese is a plus. Have Personal Vehicle Be friendly and fun. Be a team-player, positive and willing-learner Be punctual and responsible Be able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
