Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop operations (retail management)
Provide professional cat grooming services according to standards
Ensure friendly and professional customer service
Organize stock, handle orders, and maintain proper inventory control
Lead the team while ensuring discipline, teamwork, and smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in retail or cat grooming is an advantage
Passionate about and loves cats
Able to work independently and in a team
Disciplined, responsible, and proactive
Possess own transport
