URGENT HIRING: Retail Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor
On-site position only - remote work is not available
Immediate availability highly preferred

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Retail Manager to lead our outlet operations and team. If you're passionate about customer service, team management, and retail excellence -- we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including sales, staffing, and customer service. Manage outlet cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate sales records. Ensure all products are priced and displayed correctly according to company standards. Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing promotions and marketing initiatives effectively. Deliver excellent customer service by mastering product knowledge and addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly. Provide effective solutions to customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Supervise staff scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage and monitoring attendance, leave, and time tracking. Train and guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence. Maintain adequate stock levels by monitoring inventory and replenishing as needed. Ensure the outlet remains clean, hygienic, and well-organized at all times. Stay updated on the latest product information and promotions.
Requirements:

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field. Previous experience in retail operations is preferred. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles such as ex-cabin crew or ex hotel staff is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
