Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, including sales, staffing, and customer service. Manage cash flow, track expenses, and maintain accurate sales records. Ensure all products are priced, displayed, and promoted according to company standards. Analyze sales data, customer trends, and KPIs to identify improvement areas and opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective execution of promotions and marketing initiatives. Deliver excellent customer service by mastering product knowledge and resolving inquiries or complaints promptly. Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and leave management to ensure sufficient manpower coverage. Train and guide team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence. Monitor inventory and stock levels, replenishing as required to avoid shortages. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized outlet environment. Stay informed on latest products, promotions, and brand updates.

Requirements

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field. Previous experience in retail operations is preferred. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. Strong communication skills, leadership, and a team-oriented attitude. Background in customer-facing roles (e.g., ex-cabin crew, ex-hotel staff) is an added advantage.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
