Job Description


  • Proven experience as a Retail / Training Manager or similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills. Able to liaise with Boutique Managers / Store Managers
  • Able to screen, conduct interviews & recruit retail staffs for retail stores when need arises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of inventory and store operations management.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and RM tools.
Responsibilities
  • Able to manage and oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. We have about 6 to 7 branded retail stores in Malaysia.
  • Lead a team of store managers and sales staff, capable to provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to encourage a high-performing team & environment.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer footfall, enhance customer experience, and ensure a consistent brand presentation across all points of sale.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, and devise action plans to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising departments to optimize product mix, promotional activities, and store layout to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and review non-financial reports to analyze performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
  • Implement effective customer relationship management ( RM) strategies, including loyalty programs, customer feedback mechanisms, and personalized marketing.
  • Ensure the security, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store premises.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with the utmost professionalism and provide solutions that align with company policies.
