About the job Retail ManagerCompany Background:Our client is one of the fastest growing multi-level marketing companies based in Puchong, Selangor. As they are expanding, currently they are looking for Accounts Executive & Senior Accounts Executive to join the team!:Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to operational standards.
• Set and achieve sales targets while monitoring performance to drive business growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Manage inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize stock control and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Develop and execute Facebook marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
• Plan and optimize store layouts to enhance the shopping experience and improve customer flow.
• Manage product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Project Management Roadshow / Exhibition

• Liaise with mall management to secure participation in roadshows and coordinate event logistics.
• Develop detailed roadshow and exhibition plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial compliance.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates for services and products.
• Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, staff coordination, and operational management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Retail Manager.
• Preferably candidate from Retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, staff management and customer service.
• Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Good communication skill in English & Mandarin.
