Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • To actively promote and market the retail components of the Group to gain footfall and awareness, improve the attractiveness of retail space, and in turn, business for our retail community.
  • To manage the relationship with existing retail tenants in our various retail operations in the Klang Valley.
  • To help improve our retail tenant mix, to achieve an ideal mix of different offerings, to complement each other and to ultimately enhance our attractiveness of our retail spaces.
  • Plan, drive and execute regular events and activities, suitable to the respective locations.
  • Establish proposals and budgets for events and overall retail enhancement.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Candidates must have minimum 3 years of working experience in retail malls in Klang Valley and must have managed retail malls/ spaces prior including organizing retail events and activities to boost awareness.
  • Ability to establish strong networking with retail tenants, marketing agencies and various stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Strong self-starter and able to work independently to get things off the ground and a very strong people management skill.
  • Positive mindset, committed and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills.
