• Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry
• A Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident, friendly and self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

• Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling)
• Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and other store operations as required

• Location: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Jalil
• Position: Full time and Part-time
• Working hours: Retail shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
• Basic Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 per month
• High Commissions + Monthly Incentives + EPF + SOCSO
