Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry
A Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Confident, friendly and self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Proactively engage customers with warmth & professionalism, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling (no hard selling)
Delivering outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and other store operations as required

Location: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Bukit Jalil
Position: Full time and Part-time
Working hours: Retail shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Basic Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 per month
