• Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science & Technology, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates who have graduated in other fields but demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition principles and the benefits of nutritional products are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest research and trends in nutrition and health supplements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace at an intermediate level.
• Availability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a health supplement or beauty care setting, will be an added advantage.
• Junior nutritionists are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Proficiency in social media posting skills, such as content creation, flyer design, image editing, video editing etc. is advantageous.

Tanggungjawab

• Provide health screenings and personalized nutrition consultations.
• Assess dietary needs and recommend suitable nutritional advice and products.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
• Stay updated with latest nutrition research and trends.
• Manage inventory: monitor expiry dates, optimize stock levels, make stock control decisions.
• Ensure attractive product displays per company guidelines.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Adhere to daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Attend necessary staff training sessions.
• Provide coverage for other nutritionists as needed.
• Engage in social media content planning/creation and online sales.
• Participate in company activities (roadshows, exhibitions, expos).
• Collect and communicate customer needs, feedback, and nutrition trends.
• Train and oversee outlet staff, develop schedules, assign tasks (for supervisors/store manager).
• Offer coaching and support to achieve monthly sales KPI (for supervisors/store manager).
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/paperwork as required by supervisor or top management.
