Professional, Full Time (Contract)Location: Miri SarawakSalary range: RM31,000.00 - RM48,000.00 per annumYour new role\xef\xbb\xbfThis position has the authority to identify, develop and provide ongoing services for Retail Services. The position is responsible for ensuring the quality of retail services are well delivered and at the same time contributes to the revenue growth of the University.Key responsibilitiesOversee, coordinate and provide administrative support for the following services:

• Food court and Cafeteria management
• Retail leasing
• Venue for hire
• Bookshop operations which includes Mail and Courier services.
• Regalia rental.

About you

• A degree in Marketing or Management with relevant working experience.
• Demonstrated experience in retail and leasing industries.
• Demonstrated skills with innovative process improvement and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately maintain records. Previous experience in establishing and maintaining a filing system.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, lead significant and maintain staff engagement in the process.
• Demonstrated ability to provide direction and support to a team and work effectively with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrated a high level of motivation to work with people, able to deal with customer enquiries in an effective and positive manner.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and complete a variety of activities to meet conflicting deadlines.
• Experience working with students in an education setting or institution is an added advantage.
