THE ROLE

We are looking for a full-time

Retail Operations Associate

to join our retail management team. You will be part of the heartbeat of Flaaah retail team, helping them deliver amazing hospitality, and making sure everything runs smoothly in-store.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with purchasing essential items for the outlet as needed Be the frontline of customer support, ensuring every guest feels cared for and happy Manage service recovery and follow up on customer feedback to maintain excellent satisfaction (all complaints recovered is the goal!) Handle vendor dealings, payments, and weekly supplier invoice submissions to MK Green (with proper chop and sign) Take charge of petty cash claims and ensure timely, accurate submissions Support marketing efforts, from preparing collateral to rolling out campaigns in-store and online Coordinate monthly email marketing to keep our community engaged Manage Oddle system updates and ensure product availability is always accurate Oversee and support outlet training, making sure all staff follow SOPs and deliver consistent hospitality Support our partner brands with marketing, collaborations and special initiatives Handle Instagram customer service and make sure our online presence reflects the same warmth as our stores

WHO YOU ARE

A positive, reliable team player who loves working with people Great at multitasking and keeping calm in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to think and solve problems Detail-oriented and takes pride in getting things done properly Previous experience in retail or F&B is a bonus, but not a must Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a supportive team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
