As a

Retail Outlet Supervisor

, you will have full control over one of Aihome's outlets, leading your team to achieve exceptional results, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering a superior customer experience.

IOI City Mall Mid Valley Starling Mall Sunway Velocity Plaza Low Yat Paradigm Mall (Johor Bahru) Eko Botani (Johor Bahru)

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of your assigned retail outlet, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistent excellence. Lead, motivate, and train retail team members, sharing product knowledge, especially in

smart home solutions and smart home integration

. Drive sales growth by setting performance goals, coaching the team, and monitoring KPI achievement. Maintain outlet standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with brand guidelines. Strategize to maximise ROI, gross profit, and overall outlet performance. Build strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and loyalty. Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns to strengthen

brand awareness

. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and leadership teams to align retail operations with business objectives.

Achieve KPIs tied to outlet performance

What You Bring:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail management, outlet supervision, or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide a sales team. Deep understanding of

smart home solutions

and ability to train team members effectively. Business-minded, with focus on ROI, gross profit, and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment. Passionate about technology, branding, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
