Open for: Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP), Junior Pharmacist, and Senior Pharmacist

Job Scope & Responsibilities (Retail Pharmacist)

????o?????To ensure dispensing and counselling are performed accurately and professionally in compliance with the Pharmacy Act and MOH regulations.

????o?????Provide professional advice on prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, and health-related products.

????o?????Ensure proper storage, record-keeping, and handling of all pharmaceutical products according to Good Dispensing Practice (GDP) and company SOPs.

????o?????Supervise and guide Pharmacy Assistants / PRPs in daily operations.

????o?????Perform stock management, including monitoring of expiry dates, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock take.

????o?????Participate in customer engagement, health campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance pharmacy visibility and community health awareness.

????o?????Maintain excellent customer service standards and support business growth while upholding professional ethics.

????o?????Ensure the pharmacy premise complies with all statutory and licensing requirements under MOH and relevant authorities.

????o?????Prepare and submit monthly poison reports (A & B) as required by the Pharmacy Board.

????o?????Actively participate in training sessions, product knowledge updates, and continuous professional development (CPD).

????o?????Support digital/online sales initiatives and provide consultation to customers through online channels if required.

Requirements

????o?????Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

????o?????Must be registered with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board (MPB).

????o?????Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

????o?????Able to work independently and in a team-oriented retail environment.

????o?????Passionate about community pharmacy practice and providing quality patient care.

Fresh graduates (for PRP) and experienced candidates (for Junior/Senior

roles) are welcome

Allowance : nego

Work Day / hour : 45 hrs per week (either 4 or 5 days) (morning or afternoon shift)
