About the role

As a Pharmacist at GREAT LEO MEDIC SDN BHD', you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this full-time position based in SEMENYIH, Selangor, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication counselling, and ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs.

What you'll be doing

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patients receive the correct drugs and dosages Provide detailed medication counselling to patients, educating them on proper usage, side effects, and potential interactions Monitor patient medication regimens and recommend adjustments to physicians as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

What we're looking for

Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Malaysia Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, drug interactions, and medication management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
