will support the planning and merchandising functions across its retail and online channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal inventory levels, effective product allocation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize sales performance, stock efficiency, and profitability.
Working closely with the Buying, Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams, the incumbent will assist in forecasting, analyzing sales trends, and supporting the execution of seasonal and promotional strategies that align with the brand's creative and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of seasonal and monthly sales forecasts, inventory plans, and open-to-buy (OTB) reports.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and product sell-through rates to support replenishment and markdown recommendations.
Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product allocation across stores and e-commerce channels.
Support in managing stock movement, transfers, and consolidation to maintain optimal inventory health.
Prepare regular reports on sales, margin performance, and stock aging for management review.
Participate in assortment planning discussions and provide analytical insights on product performance and customer trends.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and new season launches, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate product data and pricing in retail systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively across functions.
Interest in fashion retail and understanding of consumer trends in premium or lifestyle brands.
Good communication skills and ability to present data insights clearly.
