Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Planner located in Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Planner at Kashkha , you will be responsible for demand planning, inventory management, and retail analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and optimize assortments to drive sales and profitability. Qualifications Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data Experience in demand planning and inventory management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong understanding of retail operations and trends Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience with retail planning software Knowledge of the modest fashion industry Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
