Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to explain products clearly and confidently.
Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven.
Comfortable conducting product demos for kitchen appliances and electrical products.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Provide professional product guidance to customers on Siemens appliances, including features, functions, and benefits.
Sales Support & Achievement
Promote and upsell appliances to achieve monthly sales targets
Product Display & Merchandising
Ensure products are neatly displayed, clean, and follow brand merchandising standards.
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on product updates and educate customers or retail staff when needed.
Customer Feedback & Market Trends
Collect customer insights, observe competitor offerings, and share feedback with the team.
