Responsibilities - Leverage visual merchandising skills to showcase brand, category and products in Dyson retail spaces. - Secure the best real estate to ensure maximum Dyson brand exposure. - Execute new stores setups and reinventions maximizing given floor plans. - Develop relationships with stores management, sales personnel, merchandising team; and Dyson key account managers and Dyson Principal. - Complete all projects per Management/Principal/Landlord\xe2\x80\x99s specifications within the given timeframe. - Monitor, manage and report on retail project progress, costs and development with succinctness. - Provide market intelligence on competitors\xe2\x80\x99 new product placements, visual/fixture presentations, marketing strategies and customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. - Committed to deliver retail projects off normal working hours; including overnight installations. - Generate weekly reports for all completed retail projects including upload of photos into reports/surveys. Qualifications - Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. - Strong competencies in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Powerpoint and Outlook with high computer literacy. - Possess strong presentation and communication skills with fit-out knowledge. - Pleasant personality, conduct professionally, reliable, passionate, willing to learn and work as a team, dedicated and able to multitask with cross-functional collaboration. - Possess a valid driving license with reliable mode of transportation and report to assigned location(s) on time as scheduled. - Program Management knowledge running multiple projects simultaneously is required. - High sense of awareness for expense control. - Ability to cooperate, work and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, subordinates and field team. - Possess driving license and own transportation.
