We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic

Promoters

for Parkson Pavilion Bukit Jalil and Parkson IOI City to join our retail team. Your main role will be to engage with customers, promote our products, and help boost in-store sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively approach and engage with walk-in customers. Introduce and demonstrate product features and benefits. Provide product recommendations based on customer needs. Assist in maintaining product displays and cleanliness. Support in-store promotions or marketing events. Gather customer feedback and report to the team. Achieve sales targets and KPIs where applicable.
Job Requirements:

Positive attitude, outgoing, and customer-oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts (if required). Prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. Students and fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
