Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle payments and ensure accurate transaction processing. Help customers find products and provide suitable recommendations. Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels at all times. Promote store cards, membership programs, and special offers. Provide accurate information on product pricing and availability. Arrange and maintain attractive window and in-store displays. Manage customer inquiries and escalate complaints to management when necessary.

Promoter: 1 year (Preferred)

English, Chinese, Malay (Preferred)
