\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for various operational quality and timeliness indicators, such as the rate of complaints in quality indicators, loss and damage rate, false delivery, payment return rate, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer and report Damaged Parcels and lost parcels data of all shop branches \xe2\x80\xa2 Support to minimize rate of Damaged Parcels and lost parcels \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the standard of operating such as workflow, work processes are carried out efficiently and also investigate all shop branch\xe2\x80\x99s performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure to deliver daily, weekly and monthly report to management on all relevant QAQC issues and others KPI measurements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor *Including but not limited to the above
