Job Description
***LOOKING FOR MAINLY IN PERAK AND PAHANG STATE*** Job Responsibilities: - 1) Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet. 2) Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites. (i. Demographic, ii. Traffic of the area) 3) Research the Tenant Mix. 4) Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites. 5) Coordinate potential site visits with project team. 6) Negotiate tenancy terms with owners/ landlord. 7) Good communications and connections with the tenants/ landlords. 8) Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation. 9) Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirement. 10) Attend outlets opening. Job Requirement: - - SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree. - Preferably candidate with 2 years or above of real estate experience, however we will consider those without experience. - Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. - Possess own transport. - Able to write simple reports in English. - Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia. - Good communication skills - Negotiation skills
