Job Purpose:



The Retail Replenishment Coordinator ensures that all retail outlets maintain optimal stock levels through timely replenishment, consolidation, and transfer of merchandise. This role supports sales performance and customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products are available, well-presented, and accurately tracked across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor stock levels across all retail outlets and initiate replenishment as needed. Coordinate stock transfers between stores to optimize inventory balance. Consolidate excess or slow-moving stock to central locations or other outlets as directed. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stock to stores. Conduct regular store visits to assess stock presentation and backroom organization. Work closely with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure product availability aligns with sales trends and promotions. Maintain accurate records of stock movements and replenishment schedules. Assist in periodic stock counts and contribute to inventory accuracy initiatives. Prepare and share replenishment and stock performance reports with management.

Qualifications & Skills:



SPM / STPM or Diploma Able to work well as part of a team; and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people. (Preferred) Previous experience in retail stock management, replenishment, or inventory coordination (fashion retail preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel or inventory management systems. Able to work in a fast pace working environment. Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple store locations. Good communication in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
