Job Summary



We are looking for a

Retail Sales Admin

to support our daily shop operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
This role involves preparing invoices and quotations, handling customer orders, managing billing, and assisting with administrative tasks in office.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and process customer payments. Handle customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for stock and delivery. Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve billing or order issues, and provide after-sales support. Record and update sales transactions accurately in the system. Assist the Store Manager with daily administrative work and reports. Learn and understand product details to respond to customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements



1-2 years of experience in administrative, billing, or customer service roles (experience in retail or hardware industry is a plus). Good communication skills with both internal teams and external customers. Proficient in

English and Malay

; ability to speak

Mandarin

is an advantage. Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic billing systems. Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized with good teamwork skills.

Working Hours



5.5 days Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
