Key Responsibilities:
Support daily retail sales activities
Prepare and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
Maintaining accurate sales records
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries related to orders
Maintain and update product pricing, catalogues, and promotional materials

Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of admin or sales support experience (retail experience is a bonus!)
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
