Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma in Sports Science, Health, or related fields is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if willing to seek this professional retail job as a long term career - full training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Pleasant, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Interest in health, wellness, or sports-related products.
• Willing to work on retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work a minimum of 48hours/week, with 5-6 days retail shift work

Our Attractive Remuneration Package includes Basic (min 2.2k) + OT + Commission (depending on personal sales generated) + RM300 Incentive (for Meal/Transport/Attendance).

As a Phiten Retail Sales Advisor, you will represent Phiten Japan, a trusted wellness brand with over 40 years of history. You'll play a key role in helping customers discover the benefits of Phiten products, provide personalised product recommendations, and deliver excellent in-store service.
This role is ideal for friendly, health-conscious individuals who enjoy helping others feel better and live healthier lives.
Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service in-store.
• Explain and demonstrate Phiten wellness products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products for comfort, recovery, or daily wellness.
• Assist in maintaining store display, cleanliness, and stock organisation including paperwork, to ensure proper operation of the Retail outlet.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customers' inquiries and provide after-sales service.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.

Having prior retail/ sales/ customer service experience will be considered higher basic and considered for supervisory position.
