Position title: RW/RCC

Location: Bayan Lepas & Seberang Prai

Working days: 5 days a week 2 days from Monday to Sunday

Working hours: 9AM - 6PM or 10AM - 10PM (shift, 8 hours)

Contract: 6 months (subject to convert or renew)

Salary range: RM2000 - RM2500 (depends on your experiences and qualifications)

Allowances/ Incentives:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote Maxis products and services to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers. Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company. Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.
Job Requirements:

SPM / Diploma / Degree. Preferably with a minimum of 6 months of related working experience. Excellent command of English & Bahasa Melayu. Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable. Must be willing to work on rotational shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays. Fresh graduates who are keen to be in the sales and customer service line, are encouraged to apply.
