Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in choosing products that best fit their needs.
Handle sales transactions including invoicing, payments, and recording sales data.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail area and product displays.
Check product stock levels and assist in stock arrangement or receiving goods.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Experience in
retail, sales, or customer service
is an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Neat appearance, customer-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on weekends or according to shift schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
