Job Description

• Strong writing and spoken communication abilities; fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus.
• Passionate about Sonno\'s principles. Effective and efficient problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail.
• Positive outlook and the belief that no task is too small
• Must understand and enjoy experiential retail to be on the cutting edge of a fast-paced and developing company.
• Six days per week availability
• Have at least one year of retail experience.
• Personal discipline, accuracy, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail atmosphere are desirable qualities.
• Availability for weekend and holiday work

Responsibilities

• Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales goals, increasing sales, and providing excellent customer service.
• Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors.
• Assisting in all aspects of the outlet, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Maintain a fully stocked store that is sufficient for daily sales and ensure stock quantity tallies with inventory system.
• Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy and responsibility.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and ensure the process complies with the company SOPs.
• To support the store manager in promptly collecting data for sales, customer service, accounts, and logistics.
• Help Sonno maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to try our products.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Record and relay frequent customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech,
