Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Gurney Plaza, Penang
Salary: RM 2,000 + Commission + Overtime Pay
Your Key Responsibilities:
? Greet customers, answer their questions, and help them find products. ? Provide product suggestions and assist customers in making purchases. ? Operate the cash register and handle various payment methods. ? Keep the store tidy, organize products on shelves, and help with restocking. ? Inform customers about current promotions, sales, and loyalty programs. ? Handle customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
? A friendly and positive personality. ? Good communication and customer service skills. ? Ability to work on weekends and public holidays. ? Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not required.
