Job Description
- Able to communicate in English (Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
- Understand IT product knowledge well and update new knowledge from time to time
- Greeting walk in customer and promote product to them according their needs
- Handle walk in customer inquiry, troubleshoot problem and solve problem
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction level
- Ensure punctuality and good attendance rate
- To participate in roadshow sales if required by superior
- Execute daily operational matters as assign by superior
- Ensure team spirit and positive mind set
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
- EPF & SOCSO
