Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers. To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target. Demonstrate sound knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales. Maintain & ensure the correctness of inventory, responsible for any stock loss/thefts, ensure check and balance are done in proper manner. To maintain and increase customer loyalty Manage sales area housekeeping including storeroom

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales at retail industry. Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage as there are many mandarin speaking customers. Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills. Able to work in a team and hardworking. Able to start immediately or within short notice. Able to work as per retail shop working hour.
