Role Description This is a full-time on-site Retail Sales Assistant role located at a Shopping Mall in Petaling Jaya. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, increasing retail sales, providing exceptional sales support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Retail Sales skills Effective Communication skills with customers and team members Strong focus on providing exceptional Customer Experience Experience in a sales environment and ability to increase sales Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Basic computer skills and experience with Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus If you do not have SPM too you can apply but you should be able to work fulltime too
