Retail Sales Assistant
Job Description
1.0 To attend to phone in, walk in customer and counter sales transactions. 2.0 To handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints 3.0 To restock, shelving and display merchandise according to SOP standard 4.0 To prepare quotation, cash sales / invoicing and delivery order and invoicing 5.0 To liaise and coordinate with other departments, branches, overseas offices and external parties on Beta matters 6.0 To assist in Beta\xe2\x80\x99s inventory management, stock movement and ensure healthy inventory level at all time 7.0 To assist in purchasing functions i.e repeat order, raise PO, liaising with supplier and ensure fulfillment of customer order Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
