Job Description

Working hours: Monday - Sunday (Rest Day 1 day per week either Saturday or Sunday) Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors who enter our service point.
• Manage incoming calls - respond to oncoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Aid customers with inquiries, furnish details about our courier services.
• Record, categorize, and manage both incoming and outgoing courier shipments and packages.
• Parcel handling - Organize, distribute and oversee incoming and outgoing parcels and mail correspondence.
• Maintain service point area.
• Provide assistance with diverse administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and other service point- related duties as required.
• Keep precise records package deliveries, and other pertinent documents to facilitate efficient business operations.
• Attain sales revenue, shipment, and leads targets. Secure, retain, and cultivate Cash Customers through proactive sales "hunting" activities such as calls.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services to the existing client base, enhancing both volume and sales revenue.
• Undertake assignments and special projects, including sales campaigns, as directed by the Retail Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine passion for the retail and sales industry
• Well-groomed, cheerful and well-adapt to environment easily.
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Active, hard-working, and outgoing when doing sales
• A drive to develop and achieve results
• Computer literate, able to study and learn fast.
• Possess own transport.
