What You'll Do

Provide excellent product advice and assist customers in choosing the right outdoor gear. Engage with customers and create a positive shopping experience. Handle daily store operations -- opening, closing, and cashiering -- according to SOPs. Maintain store cleanliness, ensure products are well displayed, and stock levels are sufficient.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

SPM qualification

(Malaysians only). Good command of

English & Bahasa Malaysia

; Mandarin or other languages are a plus. Positive attitude, humble, and eager to learn. Motivated, target-driven, and passionate about

sales & customer service

. Experience in

retail sales

is an advantage, but not required.
