About the role
A Retail Associate, also known as a Sales Associate or Retail Salesperson, is a front-line employee in a retail setting. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchasing needs, and contribute to the overall sales and operations of the store.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable

products. Conduct liveproduct demonstrations
and explain product features and benefits. Handle transactions using thePOS system
and issue receipts accurately. Maintain aclean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
and product displays. Managestock movement
, showroom inventory, and customer pick-ups. Supportpromotional activities and retail campaigns
as required. Collaborate with retail, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth daily operations.Job Requirements:
Minimum
SPM or Diploma
qualification.Previous retail or customer service experience
is an advantage (training provided). Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
with a customer-first mindset. Willingness tolearn product knowledge
and handle various customer inquiries. Team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills.Able to work on weekends and public holidays
as part of the retail schedule.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
