, you will be the face of TTRacing in our retail showroom. Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, guide customers in finding the right ergonomic and gaming solutions, and support smooth retail operations. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing the TTRacing brand.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable
TTRacing products
.
Conduct
live product demonstrations
and educate customers on features and benefits.
Handle customer transactions using the POS system and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain a
clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
with attractive product displays.
Manage showroom inventory, stock movement, and customer pick-ups.
Support
promotional activities and in-store campaigns
.
Collaborate closely with retail, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum
high school diploma (SPM)
or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage (training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Active listening, patience, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
Willingness to learn about
ergonomic and gaming furniture
products.
A team player with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks, priorities, and store operations.
Good
time management and multitasking
skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
