Kelayakan
At least a diploma or higher, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related fields.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with preference given to those with experience in the construction or renovation industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in budgeting and quoting, with the ability to accurately calculate costs and pricing. o Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Capability to work independently and possess strong time management skills.
Basic knowledge of construction and an understanding of door products.
Willingness to travel outstation as required, with a personal vehicle for transportation.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Tanggungjawab
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate door product recommendations.
Pricing quotation based on client needs, provide detailed quotation sheets, and explain the details to the clients.
Visit client sites to conduct measurements, ensuring that all dimensions and specifications meet the required standards.
Offer professional consultation services to clients, addressing any questions they may have during the renovation process.
Prepare detailed quotations based on client requirements and on-site measurements and follow up on client feedback.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, including coordinating and communicating with on-site workers and suppliers.
Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure they are satisfied with the final results and handle any after-sales issues.
Manfaat
  • Monthly Salary: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000, depending on experience and capabilities.
