• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS system).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit to handle and move products when necessary.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work in (Location, e.g., Kepong/KLCC/Sunway Putra Mall/Melaka Freeport or flexible placement).

Additional Conditions:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transportation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting luggage, bags, and travel accessories.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends and promotions.
• Ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and generate receipts using the POS system.
• Assist in stock checks, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
