• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia(spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical work.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Local Malaysian Only.
• Part-time positions are also available.

Tanggungjawab

• Accurately select items based on online orders, ensuring they match product descriptions, quantities, and quality standards.
• Label and organize orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Restock shelves with fresh and packaged food items, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO).
• Handle sales transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store.
• Promote ongoing promotions and discounts to customers.
• Assist in inventory counts and report stock shortages or damages to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure perishable items meet quality and expiration date standards before displaying.
