Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner. Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on customer needs. Demonstrate and promote beauty or skincare products to encourage sales. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer experiences. Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately. Maintain store cleanliness, attractive product displays, and stock arrangement. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the supervisor. Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company. Support merchandising, product launches, and in-store promotions. Stay updated on new product knowledge, brand standards, and beauty trends.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and sales-driven. Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in retail or cosmetics sales is an advantage.
