Job Description

Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store.*
Promote, recommend products according to customers needs.*
Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.*
Demonstrate and explain use of products to customers.*
Provide information and promote the company's Extended Warranty program.*
Follow up on customers enquiries and after sales service.*
Assist with receiving of merchandise and inventory count.*
Assist in maintenance and arrangement of showroom.*
Assist in cashiering*

Requirements

Minimum SPM holder / Certificate / Diploma in any field.*
Entry level is welcomed.*
Retail sales experience in electrical and IT products is an added advantage.*
Service oriented with pleasant and cheerful personality.*
Target driven, self-motivated, and passionate in sales and service.*
Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
