Job Description
- Willing to learn ear piercing, have good initiative and can work independently
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Sales Associate to join us at our first Stellar outlet in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia.
Your role includes managing the daily operations of a retail store and is not limited to:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and Customer Service
- Perform Ear Piercing for Customers
- Handles cashier duty and general stock-taking
- Attend to sales enquiries on Company products and services
- Handles and respond to customer enquiries & feedback
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping
- Review weekly & monthly results and discuss next strategy and idea with Management
- Other duties assigned by Store Managers/ Store Leaders
