Requirements

• Proficient and understand in English, Bahasa Malaysia due to need to communicate with customer.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher.
• Strong skills in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Communication, and Sales Techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customer.
• Have a positive mindset to achieve great sales.
• Ensure that store is clean and tidy.
• Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and display.
• Assist and support in-store marketing event.
