A Retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Duties includes selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
3. Maintain a fully stocked store;
4.Recommend and display items that match customer needs;
5. Welcome and greet customers;
6. May also assist during complaints about items not working correctly when purchased from the store;
7. Manage POS i.e. cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments;
9. Receiving and processing new stock. Replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises;
10. Keep up to date with product information;
11. Accurately describe product features and benefits;
