Job Description

As a Sales Advisor at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd, you will be a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our store in George Town, Penang. What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and industry trends to become a trusted advisor to our customers Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as required Collaborate with the wider retail team to contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding sales targets Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and services Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with proficiency in Mandarin or other languages an advantage
