Ergoworks Retail Sales Consultant THE ROLE:

• Reporting to Retail Manager.
• Responsible for showroom day-to-day operation.
• Delivering excellent in-store experience to customers.
• Achieving Ergoworks monthly sales target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and manage retail concept store.
• Promoting sales of ergonomic products to walk in & corporate customers.
• Attend to all inquiries in relation to product sales.
• Handle POS system, payment, and float cash.
• Manage in-store inventories.
• Liaise with back-end office on all sales related matters.
• Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and after sales service calls.
• Conduct after sales customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction survey and do follow up.
• Maintain proper daily sales record.
• Perform general housekeeping and upkeep of retail showroom.
• Other ad hoc duties that may assign to you by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum graduate of Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Good customer service and interaction skills.
• Result orientated.
